Support and Training
Logicalis SA has a knowledgeable and experienced VoIP support team that is able to attend to all requests received from clients relating to their call centres. With experts that understand both the technical and business intricacies of call centre software tools such as QueueMetrics, VICIdial and Motion, clients have access to support resources that ensure those tools are optimally used in their specific contact centre environments. The team is also there to provide clients with assistance and support on the hardware and software technology underlying their on-premise call centre platforms. Monitoring and regular preventative maintenance is performed to proactively address potential problems before they materialise.
Logicalis offers extensive Asterisk, FreePBX, VICIDial, Motion and QueueMetrics training for staff administering, supervising or managing call centre platforms that include any of those technologies. Courses are run at training facilities around the country, but can also be held at our client’s offices when it is convenient to do so.

Asterisk Fast Start is a three-day hands-on course designed to equip students with the basic knowledge and skills to be competent entry-level Asterisk administrators. Asterisk Advanced is a five-day hands-on course consisting of both lectures and labs that provides students with both the theory and practical experience to be advanced Asterisk administrators and take the exam to qualify as Digium Certified Asterisk Professionals (dCAPs).
